    During his tenure at John Holland Melbourne, Trent effectively coordinated linesmen and apprentice personnel, managed resources, and ensured compliance with safety and environmental standards. He contributed to projects like RIA, RNA, SPA, and the Sunbury Line Upgrade, leaving a mark of excellence.

    2016 - 2020: OLE Supervisor at Wired Overhead Solutions (Rail Traction)

    Trent played a pivotal role in various projects, including Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 2, Sydney Light Rail, Canberra Light Rail, and several rail infrastructure projects across different states. His responsibilities encompassed coordination, safety, resource management, and training of new employees.

    2013 - 2016: Power Systems Linesman (Rail Traction) – John Holland Group QLD

    Trent's early career saw him involved in significant projects such as the Perth City Link conductor rail installation, Watonga Feeder Station, and Aurizon Upgrades. He excelled in coordinating work crews, overseeing installations, and ensuring compliance with code standards.

    2009 - 2013: Apprentice Distribution Linesman (Power Line) & Distribution Linesman at Essential Energy Northern Rivers NSW

    Trent's journey began as an apprentice distribution linesman, where he honed his skills in construction, maintenance, and emergency repairs. His role included pole climbing, conductor stringing, and working at heights, demonstrating his commitment to safety and quality.
